What is
Specialty Coffee?
Speciality Coffee is defined as any coffee that scores above 80 points on a 100 point scale. Typically, speciality coffee is grown at high altitudes, with much care and attention from the farmer. From there, it is sold at a premium to coffee traders, or direct to roasters.
We want to be partners with perople and businesses who are passionate about the quality of coffee that they make. We want these coffees to be represented in a way that will make the people who use them proud.

We offer full training courses to our partners from introduction through to advanced standard. Our goal to provide out partners with the skills and knowledge to make the best coffee possible.

At 2021 we start roasting our own coffee brand in our Artisan Roaster in Padova, Italy
